About the Author
Father Jude Mead, C.P., S.T.D., LL.D. (1912–1992), was a Passionist priest internationally renowned as a preacher and spiritual director to clergy, religious, and laity throughout the United States, Canada, Ireland, England, Italy, Germany, and the Caribbean missions. Before authoring this biography of Mother Angeline Teresa, he had written eight books and served on the Board of the Institute on Religious Life. He earned a Doctorate in Sacred Theology with a specialization in spirituality from the Teresianum in Rome.

For over twenty-five years, Father Mead was a trusted friend and confidant of Mother Angeline Teresa and later served as the first Postulator for her Cause for Canonization.
